Dishwasher

This is a GREAT opportunity for a solid wage and job security. The position pays a base rate + percent of sales. The Busser/Dishwasher position supports the wait staff and bartenders by cleaning tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, resetting tables for the next service, restocking utensils, napkins and other dining room needs. They also assist with special projects. They will also have the opportunity to learn and perform prep duties, as well as learn other positions if desired. Job Duties Customer Service: Friendly, relaxed demeanor, courteousness and quick service to gain repeat customers. Stamina: Expect busy days on your feet; need to lift heavy objects like trash bags, kegs, or cases of stock. Teamwork: Work with servers, other bussers, bartenders and cooks to create a great dining experience; teamwork essential.
