Description

This is a unique opportunity for an LPN to play a meaningful role in a specialized addiction and recovery program serving adults with long histories of mental illness and substance use. You'll be the sole nurse on-site, offering real autonomy and the ability to shape
*This role is well suited for an LPN who values autonomy, relationship-based care, and consistent daytime hours - and wants work that truly makes a difference. how nursing care is delivered within a small, focused program.
• Full-time, 37.5-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30)
• Work with a small, stable caseload (32 clients) in a recovery-focused setting
• High level of independence with the opportunity to define and build the nursing role
• Ideal for LPNs with experience in substance use, psychiatry, homelessness, or reentry populations
• $76,500+ Great Benefits - 20 Vacation Days + 15 Sick Days + 11 Holidays.
