Job Title: Automotive Technician & Mechanic

Location: Estes Park, CO
Compensation: $80,000–$150,000 DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Estes Park Tire & Auto is hiring an Automotive Technician & Mechanic for our Estes Park, CO shop. This opportunity is perfect for technicians living in Loveland who want a rewarding career in a family-owned, high-volume mountain shop with competitive pay and steady work.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and suspension systems on a wide variety of vehicles
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
Use diagnostic tools to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues
Communicate repair findings clearly with service staff and customers
Maintain detailed records of all repairs and parts used
Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician or mechanic experience
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and modern repair tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
ASE certifications a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$150,000 annual earning potential, depending on experience
