Our rapid growth provides experienced consultants an opportunity to fully develop their consulting career, while creating deep expertise in market leading cloud computing applications.Summary:Enforce Consulting is seeking a driven Recruiting/Human Resources Manager with 5+ years experience in talent acquisition in conjunction with 1-2 years HR experience (preferred).The primary focus of this position will be ongoing recruiting of top performers in the Human Capital Management space. Additionally, this position will lead the internal functions of the company, with 1-2 direct reports handling IT and office management duties. Your primary responsibility as HR Manager will be to oversee every stage of the employment lifecycle for our employees with an emphasis in talent acquisition, retention and benefits administration.The ideal candidate will have a proven talent acquisition track record coupled with a desire to perform certain basic HR functions. We are seeking a self-starter who can develop and implement internal policies and procedures to improve employee engagement, development, and retention. Preferred candidates will also be subject matter experts in HR practices who are able to instill confidence in employees regarding HR best practices. Ability to collaboratively work across a diverse group of employees essential.Responsibilities:Perform all aspects of talent acquisition resulting in robust talent pipelineLead all onboarding, benefits administration, career development, training and development, retention, and offboardingPromote a positive environment by confidentially and expertly facilitating conflict resolutionCommunicate updates regarding employee policies and procedures while ensuring that proper compliance is followedEnsure legal compliance throughproper human resource managementDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategyQualifications5+ years talent acquisition experience across a number of recruiting platforms1-2 years HR experienceBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCertified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferredEligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorshipAbility to work in office 5 days/week (Downtown Dallas location)Knowledge and SkillsAbility to leverage recruiting best practicesKnowledge and ability to be a subject matter expert for all team members regarding HR-related issuesAbility to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive employee informationExcellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of labor law,HR best practices, and company policies and proceduresAbility to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyAbility to successfully operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workProficient in Microsoft Office productsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
