Marketing Coordinator

Schedule: 30 hours/week; 24 hours (3 days) in-office,6 hours asynchronous remote Compensation Hourly Pay: $32-38 per hour Benefits: PTO, Sick Leave, holidays About The Nokbox The Nokbox is a life organization system. It helps people track everything they have, from accounts and subscriptions to policies and passwords, so their family knows what exists and where to find it. The company started in 2021, after our founder spent more than a year sorting out her father's estate with almost nothing to go on. More than 500,000 families have been served since. The team is comprised seven people, based in Littleton. The role The Marketing Coordinator runs day-to-day marketing content. Each month begins with a promotions calendar, and this role builds the work that supports it: campaigns, videos, social posts, and the graphics that tie them together. Campaigns should look and sound consistent everywhere they appear. The position reports to the Marketing Director, who sets direction and messaging. Expect an hour or two of planning and review together each week, with the remainder of the time spent building. Responsibilities: Design graphics and marketing assets in Canva to be used for emails, social media posts and other marketing materials Edit short-form video for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; ~30 per month Manage a pipeline of creative content from external creators (UGC, influencers, customer submissions, Fiverr/Vidovo, etc.), coordinating relationships, production timelines, and payments. Manage and grow online communities through active engagement, comment moderation, real-time interaction, and relationship building with creators, brands, and consumers. Research and pitch new collaborations to strategically reach our targeted customer niches Track performance and analyze social media data to identify opportunities and inform future content strategy. Skills & Experience: Two or more years in a marketing, content, or social media role Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Canva, and Hootsuite. Brand training is provided; tool training is not Comfortable editing short-form video in CapCut or similar platform Strong writing skills and the ability to pick up an established brand voice Genuine interest in marketing to an older audience, and in writing for people whose taste may differ from your own Ability to create content that hooks viewers in the first few seconds and structure content that keeps them watching Comfortable using AI tools as part of a daily workflow Organized, dependable, and able to keep a lot of moving pieces on schedule Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
