Position Summary The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across our global operations. This individual will leverage advanced financial modeling and top-level Excel skills to provide insights that drive business growth, efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning. Conduct financial analysis of business performance, variance reporting, and trend identification to support decision-making. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with clear insights and recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, marketing, and strategy—to provide financial guidance and evaluate business initiatives. Support global projects by analyzing investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and profitability drivers. Assist with scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ad-hoc financial requests from senior leadership. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all financial reporting and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus). 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, Proven expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data analysis). Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and key performance metrics. Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
