Title Document Runner
Back Roads Solutions
Back Roads Solutions is looking for an individual familiar with the county offices in Lycoming and the surrounding counties in northeast PA. The Title Document Runner is a part-time opportunity. This role would be responsible pulling wills and estates and conducting Prothonotary searches in a timely manner as requested by Back Roads Solutions and/or our client.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy when requesting and verifying title documents
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with courthouse personnel, clients, and internal team members.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation suitable for frequent local travel.
- Familiarity with land, title, or real estate documentation is preferred
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and safety practices.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION AND REQUIRES THE APPLICANT TO BE LOCATED WITHIN A REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE TO WILLIAMSPORT AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES.
