Assembler Our team is seeking an Assembler to join our team in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will perform a wide range of mechanical and electronic assembly tasks—from repetitive production work to complex, non‑standard builds on assemblies such as modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cable assemblies. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read technical documentation, and the desire to produce high‑quality, precision-built components. Pay: $25–$30/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: Colorado Springs, CO Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and full assemblies using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and bills of materials Align, fit, and adjust parts to ensure proper function and adherence to tolerances Install mechanical and electromechanical components including bearings, gears, motors, shafts, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic components Perform fabrication activities such as drilling, tapping, grinding, and cutting Conduct continuity checks and other quality inspections to verify specifications Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical assembly or fit‑up issues Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test View email address on click.appcast.io and experimental assemblies Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times Qualifications Prior experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and shop equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
