What you'll bring:
The ideal candidate will bring prior automotive and repair industry experience, demonstrate leadership ability, and a strong customer focused mindset. We are looking for a leader who can coach and develop the team, support daily shop operations, drive business results and create a professional service experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations
- Hire, supervise and direct techs and mechanics
- Provide customer service in person and via phone
- Diagnose, scan and advise customers
- Perform sales calls
- Assist with repairs when needed
- Oversee parts ordering with office manager and head tech
- Ensure final quality checks and inspections
- Perform daily opening and closing
