We are seeking a Customer Success professional to provide ongoing support to customers and help manage their day-to-day experience with the company. This position serves as a consistent point of contact for customer questions, account needs, service information, and general requests.

The role requires frequent communication with customers as well as coordination with internal teams. You’ll be responsible for keeping customer information organized, following up on outstanding items, and making sure questions and concerns reach the appropriate people.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a primary contact for customer questions and account needs
  
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other established channels
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account activity
  
• Assist with new customer setup and onboarding
  
• Review customer requests and determine appropriate next steps
  
• Follow up on outstanding questions, requests, and account matters
  
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs
  
• Keep customers informed regarding the status of open items
  
• Document conversations, requests, and account updates
  
• Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems
  
• Schedule and coordinate customer calls or meetings when necessary
  
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information internally
  
• Assist with routine account changes and service requests
  
• Identify issues requiring additional support and escalate them appropriately
  
• Maintain professional and consistent communication throughout each customer interaction

• Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
