Greet, escort and seat guests. Provide menu recommendations and upselling when appropriate. Follow our Alcohol Policy, which includes checking ID’s to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages, and never serving alcohol to anyone that shows visible signs of being intoxicated. Write all orders down using seat numbers. Communicate all guest allergy concerns to the manager on duty, expediter and kitchen team. Run food and beverage to your and your teammates tables. Pre‑bus your and your teammates tables. Deliver checks and collect bill payments. Thank guests and escort them to the door whenever possible. Thank them again and ask them to return.
