Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About the Company Highly regarded multi-disciplinary healthcare practice Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Non Profit About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for driving the financial functions of the organization, participating in long-term strategic and financial planning, and ensuring the financial soundness of the multi-specialty health center. This role involves preparing and presenting various budgets, managing variances, and leading the Finance Committee. The CFO will also be expected to attend Board meetings and work closely with the CEO. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years' progressive financial management experience in a non-profit healthcare setting is required, with a preference for those who have at least 3 years' of senior director or executive-level leadership experience. A CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in financial operations, capable of driving the financial success of the organization while maintaining its commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective care to the community.
