Project Manager

We're hiring a driven construction project manager to lead our team into a well-oiled machine! You’ll work with clients and engineers to make a plan for the entire project and then manage general contractors to make sure it’s done right. additional technical training or certification in sandblasting and painting is a plus Proven experience in commercial or industrial sandblasting and painting Strong understanding of surface preparation, coating application techniques, and safety regulations Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills A valid Class E MO Driver's License and reliable transportation for scheduled shifts are required DOT Certification is necessary, or the ability to obtain certification with in 1 month of employment Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities, with aspirations for growth into a project lead role Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory during onboarding Strong communication skills, organizational skills, time management skills and problem solving skills A background check is required Expectations for achieving $25+ per hour or higher within one year Compensation $18 - $41 hourly yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
