This hands-on Landscape Operations Manager position offers an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee complex landscape construction and daily field operations across multiple sites. The primary objective is to direct field crews, optimize project workflows, and maintain exceptional quality standards from the initial phase to the final walkthrough.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee multiple landscape and hardscape crews daily to ensure flawless execution and high-quality output.
• Coordinate project scheduling, equipment logistics, manpower, and material deliveries to maximize field efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Evaluate job progress, quality standards, and timelines through frequent site visits and field management systems like Jobber and CompanyCam.
• Collaborate with sales teams, office staff, and suppliers to proactively identify upsell opportunities, manage change orders, and mitigate potential field issues.
• Train, mentor, and hold field personnel accountable while ensuring all job sites remain clean, safe, and professional.
• Execute accurate administrative tracking for labor hours, project completion photos, and production goals.
• Drive winter operations by directing snow management protocols and emergency weather responses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of landscaping, including experience in lawn care, hardscaping, and heavy equipment operation experience.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple crews and construction projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret landscaping plans, layouts, and job scopes.
• Comprehensive understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and general construction practices.
• Valid driver’s license required; a Chauffeur’s license must be obtained.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
