Be a leader - you don't need a job title to be a leader...lead by example especially when it's difficult to, not just when it's easy. 10+ life sales per month with a minimum of $5,000 annualized premium per month $75,000 total annualized premium per year in life premium sold 10 P&C household referrals per month to our P&C rep's 5 Google reviews per month with 4 stars or better Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
