Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in school settings, with knowledge of IEP process and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and evaluations for students with a range of needs
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans in alignment with IEP objectives
• Provide both direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success in academic and daily living skills
• Offer staff training and recommendations for classroom modifications as needed
