Job Location: Austin and Surrounding Areas Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am start time Additional Relevant Information: Must be 21+ years of age, Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 6 months driving experience, stocking and merchandising experience preferred. Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $24.53 to $30.46 per hour, based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities Check accuracy and stability of the load Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments Pick up company property and secure company assets Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures Qualifications Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old Clean Driving Record Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach Minimum 1-year of general work experience Ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain Texas or local laws.
