Licensed Insurance Producer

Seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Producer to drive growth and expand the book of business in a full-time remote position, responsible for managing sales leads, quoting policies, and following underwriting guidelines while utilizing Salesforce. Key responsibilities Take in sales leads, determine necessary policy types, and quote business without cold calling Utilize Salesforce to track and manage new sales leads and metrics Conduct proactive client follow-ups and adhere to underwriting guidelines and carrier SOPs Required qualifications Active Property & Casualty License 2 or more years of insurance sales experience, preferably in Commercial, E&S, Builders Risk, or personal lines Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred Proven ability to generate leads and close business Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
