Role Description The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of designated programs and projects. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved. The candidate will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment of objectives. This is a contract position based on-site in Virginia Beach, VA. Qualifications Strong project and program management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Proficiency in developing and utilizing business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau Experience with data analysis and managing large datasets for decision-making Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism Strong leadership and team coordination skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills to report progress and manage stakeholder expectations A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT Management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience working with government agencies or commercial clients is a plus Ability to work on-site in Virginia Beach, VA #J-18808-Ljbffr Kainos Innovative Solutions
