Title: RN Care Manager – Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC/MAP) Duration: 8 Weeks Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Gross Pay Rate: $2,500.00/week Requirements: Active New York State RN License required Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
