Senior Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring a positive and high-performing workplace environment. This individual will play a visible, hands-on role across the organization, working closely with both employees and leadership to support day-to-day HR needs while helping to shape culture and strengthen overall employee experience Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance, conducting investigations, and driving fair, consistent outcomes Partner closely with site leadership to support workforce needs, performance management, and organizational effectiveness Actively contribute to building and sustaining a positive, engaged workplace culture through on-site presence and employee engagement initiatives Support onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a strong employee experience from day one Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records, reporting, and HR documentation Assist in administering HR programs including compensation, benefits, and policy implementation Analyze HR data (turnover, engagement, workforce trends) to provide actionable insights to leadership Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner capacity Strong employee relations experience, ideally supporting hourly or operations-heavy environments Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving setting Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to pull and interpret HR metrics High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset This is an opportunity to step into a senior-level role within a growing organization where HR plays a critical role in shaping culture, supporting operations, and driving employee engagement.
