Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized measures and client interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, utilizing best practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implement individualized interventions and monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions, equipping clients and their families with knowledge about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated approach to client care.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
