This full-time contract position offers a unique 4-day workweek from Monday to Thursday, giving you extended weekends to recharge. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and current SLP licensure from the State of New Mexico
• Experience delivering speech-language therapy in schools, including teletherapy modalities
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites within the district
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Master’s preferred)
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Pre-K through 12th grade
• Deliver both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to develop comprehensive care plans
• Maintain meticulous records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adjust therapy approaches to suit a variety of learning styles and developmental levels
• Provide district-wide coverage, ensuring continuity of care as students move between sites
