Key Qualifications:

• Holds a current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license from the State of New Mexico
• Experienced in delivering speech and language services within a school setting, including both in-person and teletherapy formats
• Skilled in working with a broad range of ages and needs, from early childhood through high school
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites within the district
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among Pre-K to 12th grade students
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, families, and related service providers
• Provide therapy through both in-person and virtual platforms as needed
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal special education guidelines
• Deliver consultative support, resources, and training to educators and caregivers to maximize student success
