Lead Program Manager

Job Title: Lead Program Manager Location: Richmond, VA or Riverwoods, IL – Hybrid Duration: 8 Months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE Pay Rate: $55 - $65/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role will support the identification, review, cataloging, and processing of settlement-related legal mail within a digitized mail database. Review incoming legal correspondence and determine the appropriate action based on the type and content of the documentation. Identify and process legal mail including liens, levies, garnishments, and court-ordered holds. Maintain accurate documentation and categorization of legal correspondence within the digital mail database. Support settlement-related activities involving participants within a global payment network. Ensure legal mail is reviewed and actioned accurately and in accordance with established procedures. Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate handling and resolution of legal documentation. Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive legal information. Required Qualifications Experience managing or supporting complex programs, operational processes, or business initiatives Experience reviewing, organizing, and processing detailed documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret information and determine appropriate next steps based on established procedures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Must be able to work onsite on a hybrid schedule in either Richmond, VA or Riverwoods, IL #J-18808-Ljbffr
