The nanny will work in partnership with the family's Monday–Friday nanny. Mom is an actively involved stay‑at‑home parent who collaborates closely with caregivers, and the household also includes a personal assistant. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety while fostering independence and curiosity, and provides attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both an active toddler and a newborn. Responsibilities include planning enriching activities, coordinating before/after school routines (starting mid‑August), meal prep for children, tidying and organizing children's spaces, occasional errands, and light family assistant duties such as laundry and dishes.
