Trek Store Beverly Hills is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center operations, oversee workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPI performance. You’ll integrate sales and service, maintaining Trek’s hospitality standard and ensuring customer delight. You’ll train and coach the service team, communicate with customers, manage costs, and drive efficient service orders to support the sales floor.
