Engineering & Facilities Manager

Continuum Services is seeking an experienced Engineering & Facilities Manager to lead facility operations across an assigned portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for ensuring safe reliable and efficient building operations while developing strong teams managing customer relationships and supporting the financial performance of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and facility services across multiple customer locations.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing controls and life-safety systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance work orders repairs renovations and capital projects.
• Manage operating budgets vendors staffing and resource allocation.
• Partner with customers on maintenance planning forecasting and facility needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and key customer contacts.
• Identify opportunities to improve service control costs and expand customer relationships.
• Lead coach and develop facility and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with company customer regulatory licensing and safety requirements.
• Support union-represented teams and collective bargaining agreements where applicable. Engineering and Facilities Mana

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facility operations building engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Experience managing budgets vendors and customer relationships.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CMMS/work-order systems.
• Bachelors degree CFM/FMP credential or relevant trade licensure preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
