Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle - (Cleveland, OH) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle products in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves developing customer relationships, presenting and demonstrating orthopedic solutions to surgeons and healthcare providers, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop foot and ankle product expertise and acquire knowledge of competitive offerings
- Build new business and expand sales with existing healthcare provider accounts
- Educate surgeons, DPMs, hospital staff, and residents on proper product utilization
- Provide case support and OR consultation during surgical procedures as needed
- Achieve business plan objectives, sales quotas, and manage inventory and promotional materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and strategic thinking abilities
- Successful background investigation and driving record review
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to assigned territory
