Neuroscience Sales Specialist, Schizophrenia (Cleveland West, OH)- Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive pharmaceutical sales in the Cleveland West and Columbus North, Ohio territory, focusing on schizophrenia treatments including Invega Sustenna and Caplyta. The role involves meeting sales forecasts through in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare providers and mental health centers.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and forecast achievement within assigned territory through HCP office and mental health center outreach
- Develop and execute local business plans aligned with regional objectives and formulary opportunities
- Maintain current market understanding and share local insights with internal stakeholders
- Manage budgets, sales data, customer objectives, and administrative reporting accurately and timely
- Collaborate with regional management and peer specialists on business strategy and best practice sharing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar sales experience highly preferred
- Strong integrity and commitment to compliance policies
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and excellent decision-making judgment
