Lokal is seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences, and are passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality.

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food, beverage, cocktail, wine, and beer offerings

• Guide guests through menu selections and confidently make recommendations

• Upsell specialty cocktails, wines, premium spirits, appetizers, and desserts

• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience

• Maintain section cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service

• Handle guest concerns professionally and work with management to resolve issues

• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities

• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards

• Contribute positively to a team-oriented culture focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Upscale or waterfront dining experience preferred

• Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance

• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
