The Prep Cook is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations through high-quality food preparation, organization, and execution of foundational cooking tasks. This role ensures all ingredients and components are prepared to exact specifications, enabling smooth service and elevated guest experiences.

• Execute daily prep lists accurately and efficiently according to chef specifications
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation in all prepared items
• Properly handle, label, and store ingredients in compliance with food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, walk-ins, and prep areas
• Assist line cooks and chefs with mise en place and service preparation
• Follow all kitchen safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Communicate effectively with culinary team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow
• Support inventory rotation and minimize waste through proper product handling

• 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred (fine dining experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
