Business Development Consultant

Compensation: CommissionOnly (Earning Range: $80,000–$160,000+ annually based on performance)
FenixHire is a fastgrowing national recruitment firm specializing in highimpact talent acquisition across multiple industries. We are seeking a driven, relationshiporiented Business Development Consultant to help expand our client portfolio and represent the FenixHire brand with professionalism and confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performancebased environment, excels at consultative selling, and wants uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and capability presentations
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend tailored recruitment solutions
- Partner with internal recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
- Develop longterm client relationships that drive repeat business
- Represent FenixHire in virtual meetings, networking events, and industry spaces
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships
- Recruiting or staffing industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and consultative selling
- Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to work independently
- Techsavvy with CRM and virtual communication tools
Compensation
CommissionOnly Role
- Earnings range: $80,000–$160,000+ annually (performancebased)
- Uncapped commission structure
