Business Development Manager (Remote)(USA Resident Only) We’re looking for a Retail & Wholesale Sales Lead to take our plant-based performance products beyond DTC and into the physical world—retail, specialty health shops, gyms, co‑ops, boutique grocers, and foodservice. You’ll own all things B2B sales—from pitching buyers to managing accounts and launching in‑store activations. This is a build‑the‑plane‑as‑we‑fly‑it role for someone who knows how to get a product on shelves and into hands—and wants ownership in doing so. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join an exciting new startup as a Co‑Founder, where it's not investors that get early the equity stakes, but the team members who do the work to launch and grow the company. This role is for EQUITY earning position in the first months. Plus commission on your clients, so equity + commission at the start. Then, it will transition to a traditional base salary + commission. You can start part‑time or full‑time depending on your current capacity. What You’ll Own: Identify, pitch, and land wholesale and retail accounts (Regional and local retail, gyms, cafes, wellness shops, etc.) Build out outreach lists, email cadences, and pitch materials Manage buyer relationships and category manager follow‑ups Coordinate wholesale order flow, pricing, minimums, and delivery timelines Lead trade show or buyer events (Expo West, Fancy Food, etc. if applicable) Create playbooks for reps, brokers, or distributors as we scale Sync with marketing on campaigns and sampling strategy for retail launch Have 3+ years experience in retail/wholesale sales, ideally in CPG, nutrition, wellness, or food/bev Know how to get into stores, keep buyers happy, and build reorder momentum Have a working knowledge of wholesale margins, pricing ladders, and account management Thrive in high‑autonomy roles and love building things from scratch Want to be on the founding team of something big and mission‑driven Have a passion for performance nutrition, plant‑based innovation, or functional food About Us: We’re LiveComplete: the world’s first plant‑based protein brand powered by NutriMatch™, our proprietary algorithm technology that creates plant based blends that maps to human muscle or other animal‑based products with precision.
