Sr. Program Manager (L)

Senior Program Manager role leading innovation and program lifecycle management for diagnostics performance partnerships at Danaher. Collaborates across operating companies to identify and launch new diagnostic capabilities with measurable clinical and financial outcomes. Position is fully remote and reports to Senior Director of Discovery, Delivery and Value Creation.
Responsibilities
- Lead program development for Performance Partnership supporting Beckman Coulter and Leica diagnostic operating companies
- Establish product competency and market positioning strategies with operating companies to accelerate deal velocity
- Build minimum viable products and gather customer voice through commercial partnerships and presentations
- Provide structured updates to leadership on program lifecycle, funnel health, and revenue achievement
- Monitor industry trends and develop playbooks with commercial-ready presentations for customer education
Requirements
- 5+ years clinical consulting experience in health systems, diagnostics, or professional services
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or health science field; 8+ years related work experience
- Demonstrated success launching programs from concept through completion across complex initiatives
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, accreditation, and enterprise purchasing decisions
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; ability to travel 40%
Compensation: $180,000-$200,000 annual salary
