Sr Commercial Manager

Lead and manage commercial activities to support business objectives, including planning, tracking, and performance reporting. Oversee contract and commercial processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards. Partner cross-functionally to drive effective execution, resolve issues, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Analyze commercial performance and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement actions. Support leadership with recommendations and decision-ready insights that strengthen commercial outcomes. What's Needed? Proven experience in commercial management, contract administration, or related commercial leadership roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical recommendations. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail. Working knowledge of commercial processes and compliance expectations relevant to the role.
