Hill International is seeking a Sr. Program Manager (Seller-Doer) - Aviation in Los Angeles, CaliforniaThe Aviation Program Manager is a senior leader responsible for driving business growth while providing executive oversight and delivery of complex airport infrastructure programs. This seller-doer role combines client development, capture management, MATOC task order pursuits, and program/project delivery responsibilities across airside and landside airport capital improvement programs. The successful candidate will maintain and expand relationships with airport authorities, airlines, aviation stakeholders, and public agencies while leading PM/CM assignments from planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
