Financial Advisor or VP Financial Advisor | Miami, FL A large, independent RIA providing comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services nationwide. The firm operates on a team-based model, bringing together specialists across investments, tax, estate, and risk planning. Over the past 30 years, it has grown both organically and through acquisitions, now spanning 160+ offices with over $100B in client assets. The team based in Miami, Florida is looking to add either a Financial Advisor or a VP Financial Advisor with a book of business of minimum $50MM. This is a strong opportunity for an advisor to learn from the team and grow their practice within a collaborative and dynamic team. After a ramp-up and proven performance, the advisor will inherit approximately $25MM of the team's existing book, with a generous variable compensation paid on this portion What our client is looking for in a candidate:
Financial Advisors should have 4+ years of experience; VP-level Advisors should have 7+ years
A minimum $50M+ AUM book is required
Series 7 and 65 or 66 licenses, required
CFP designation required
