Financial Advisor | Falls Church, VA A large, independent RIA providing comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services nationwide. The firm operates on a team-based model, bringing together specialists across investments, tax, estate, and risk planning. Over the past 30 years, it has grown both organically and through acquisitions, now spanning 160+ offices with over $100B in client assets. As part of its continued expansion, the firm is seeking Financial Advisors for its Falls Church, VA office. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business and will be responsible for servicing existing clients while continuing to build new relationships. The Falls Church team is highly collaborative and well-established, offering a smooth transition supported by strong infrastructure, local market presence, and a reputation for excellence. What our client is looking for in a candidate:
Ideally the advisor will have a $50M AUM+ that is ready to transition
Series 65 required
The advisor must not have any restrictive covenants preventing them from selling/moving their book Compensation: Competitive and aligned with market rates
