Join our team as a Night shift, full-time Emergency Room (ER) Charge Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing shift management and ensuring quality patient care. As a Charge RN, you will serve as a liaison to communicate with Nurse Managers and House Supervisors, assign patients, provide clinical support, and address patient care issues. You will mentor new staff, participate in performance reviews, and continually assess and revise care plans to meet patients' biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs. Qualifications include a 2-year degree , current Kansas RN licensure , and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. ACLS certification is required for unit-specific needs. Preferred candidates have a 4-year degree and experience in similar healthcare settings. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical support, and adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
