Product Specialist

Summary The Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA), a client of Millennium Information Tek, is seeking a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority’s (GSCCCA) products and programs, evaluating and ensuring quality control and compliance. The Product Specialist provides application and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. In addition to those duties, the Specialist will develop, update, and deliver training courses. This individual will conduct data analysis, compose reports, and offer assistance as a cross‑functional liaison for various departments, projects, and programs. Duties and Responsibilities Functions as a subject matter expert for GSCCCA products Provides broad administrative and application support (eCertification, eFile, eFile ID Verification, E‑Invoicing, ePay) Checks daily reports and performs data analysis, data interpretation, and relays findings for further review Monitors and responds to department email inboxes Conducts regular status checks and runs administrative queries of eFile (Real Estate, UCC) looking for variances, exceptions, and continues with proactive outreach as needed Acts as subject matter expert of Real Estate Indexing Standards Maintains strong knowledge of Standards Applies Standards to transmitted data using internal quality control and compliance programs Assists with the operation of various Historical Indexing Projects, including both GSCCCA sponsored and voluntary initiatives Monitors internal processes, seeking areas of improvement to enhance quality controls Acts as backup for Product Management staff Provides cross‑functional support across departments and programs as necessary Serves as an escalation partner and liaison for customer inquiries Acts as a resource for current certification programs and for those in development Interfaces with Superior Court Clerks, associated staff, and vendors to provide technical and project assistance, along with other relevant updates Assists with developing, updating, and delivering training materials Conducts general training course maintenance Acts as subject matter expert and manages administrative duties related to all Product Management areas Assesses clerk program compliance and collaborates internally to determine the appropriate outreach Composes and delivers reports to management regarding clerk compliance Other job‑related duties as assigned Skills and Competencies Highly organized and detail‑oriented Adaptable, innovative, and efficient problem‑solving skills Superb verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service aptitude, telephone and email etiquette Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills Ability to analyze, interpret, and report data Works well independently or in a collaborative setting Strong critical thinking skills Ability to skillfully manage competing priorities Education and Experience 4 years of professional experience Experience using Microsoft 365 required Familiarity with project management software a plus Background working with real estate or legal documents a plus Benefits Package Short and Long‑Term Disability Employer‑Paid Training, Learning & Development Generous Paid Leave A flexible, family‑friendly culture Millennium Information Tek is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Millennium Information Tek
