Three positions are available at the elementary and middle school levels for the upcoming school year, each offering distinct experiences:

• Hall Elementary: Inclusion/resource setting with a manageable caseload of approximately 9–10 students.
• Reskin Elementary: Structured classroom focused on high-incidence needs; support includes two dedicated paraprofessionals and a caseload of five students.
• Marquardt Middle School: Co- taught/instructional ELA classroom environment, working with about 8–9 students.All roles are onsite and provide the chance to cultivate strong relationships with students and staff, working 35 hours per week throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active PEL with LBS1 endorsement (required)
• Experience or comfort with inclusion/resource and structured classroom models
• Willingness to support students with behaviors or toileting needs, if necessary
• Commitment to collaboration with teachers, paras, and other team members
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
• Recent experience in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Delivering engaging instruction through inclusion, resource, or co-taught models
• Monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and collaborating on educational planning
• Creating a supportive, empowering, and safe learning environment for all students
