Goodpath is seeking a Director, Consultant Partnerships to scale our Western US benefits consultant and broker channel. You’ll own pipeline targets, shape strategy, and nurture executive-level relationships with major partner firms.
You’ll collaborate across GTM with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to build a unified strategy, drive partner programs, and propel growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a bias for action.
