Forklift Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm Location: Des Moines, IA Join a fast-paced environment in Des Moines, IA working inside semi-trucks to efficiently stack and organize boxes. This role offers the opportunity to develop forklift skills while supporting distribution operations in a dynamic setting, making it an excellent fit for candidates seeking hands‑on experience in logistics. Forklift Responsibilities Stack boxes 4-6 high inside semi-trucks, standing for up to a full 8-hour shift and reaching above head Push or pull boxes to designated areas Drive a forklift to move and organize inventory as needed Assist in other areas such as order picking, packaging trading cards, collectibles, and toys when required Load trucks in a cold environment to meet daily distribution targets Requirements for Forklift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Capable of standing for the entire 8-hour shift, with overtime as necessary Repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching above head Ability to operate a forklift proficiently Physical stamina to work in cold temperatures and maintain production pace We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
