Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
• Prior experience with school-based OT services

• Adaptable and organized, able to manage a varied caseload
• Familiarity with documentation and progress reporting for educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans addressing students’ needs
• Provide direct and consultative OT services as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Engage families in the therapy process, offering training and resources as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to evaluate and support student progress
