We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who is eager to grow into a leadership role. This is an

opportunity to learn, develop, and step into a full Practice Manager position.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, proactive, and ready to learn all aspects of

clinic operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to gain experience in both front and back

office functions, team coordination, and daily operations.

As you build skills and demonstrate readiness, you’ll transition into a Practice Manager.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Experience in Medical front office or administrative: 1 year (Required)
• Excellent customer service
• Supervisory or Leadership
• Bi-lingual Spanish (Highly Preferred)

Waht you will be doing

• Management of a clinical team, including doctors, patient care specialists, and chiropractic assistants.
• You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and leading your eam to work through challenges, solve problems, and stay aligned
• Day to day front office operations to ensure we are setting high standards of care for patient check in and check out, answering phones, scheduling, collections, patient flow, and patient retention
• Full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIS) for the clinic. Each week and each quarter, you will track and report KPI's to staff and leadership. You'll work together to improve clinic performance, optimize patient experience, increase retention, and ensure smooth operational efficiency
• Verification of insurance benefits to determine coverage for patients
• Partnership with your Clinical Director to manage questions and concerns about patient accounts and insurance, explaining coverage to both parties before their visit and at subsequent visits if needed
• Collaboration with your Regional Manager, Revenue Cycle Director, and billing department to resolve billing matters timely to ensure claims get submitted
• Account resolution for outstanding patient balances, ensuring that you are talking through the details with care, empathy, and understanding
• Track and follow up daily with new patient leads via phone, email, and text in order to get new patients in the door as soon as possible
• Track and manage office and DME supplies to keep the office running smoothly
• Handle patient concerns with empathy while maintaining high standards of care
• Attend additional trainings as outlined by the RxWellness Management Team
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
