Private Credit Senior Associate

Our client is a growing Private Credit firm seeking an Senior Associate to join its investment team. This individual will be involved in evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring investment opportunities across a variety of middle-market businesses. The role offers significant exposure to deal evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management while working closely with senior investment professionals in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Analyze prospective investment opportunities and perform financial due diligence Build and maintain financial models to assess risk and returns Participate in deal execution, structuring, and closing processes Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare investment updates Conduct industry and market research to support investment decisions Work closely with senior investment professionals and management teams Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, restructuring, or related fields Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills Experience evaluating debt investments, capital structures, and cash flow dynamics Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
