If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in connecting great people with meaningful careers, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoLead Full-Cycle RecruitingOwn the recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple business functions and levels.Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates.Conduct candidate screens, coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and guide hiring decisions.Recommend top talent based on qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.Partner with Business LeadersBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders.Consult on recruiting strategies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition best practices.Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.Influence stakeholders to drive consistency and excellence throughout the hiring process.Drive Talent StrategyDevelop innovative sourcing strategies that build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Identify emerging talent gaps and proactively create recruitment solutions.Monitor labor market trends, competitor activity, and recruiting best practices to advise business leaders.Support broader talent management and workforce planning initiatives.Deliver an Exceptional Candidate ExperienceServe as a brand ambassador by showcasing the company's culture, values, and employee experience.Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Anticipate and resolve recruiting challenges before they impact hiring outcomes.Ensure a seamless, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Leverage Data & TechnologyUtilize SuccessFactors and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate pipelines and hiring activity.Maintain accurate recruiting data, reporting, and compliance documentation.Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to support hiring decisions and process improvements.Prepare presentations and updates for leadership regarding hiring progress and talent market trends.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions and business functions.Experience handling a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining quality and responsiveness.Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and talent pipeline development skills.Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing talent decisions.Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors.Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience supporting talent development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.Experience creating strategic sourcing plans and long-term recruiting pipelines.Background working within professional corporate environments.Stable career history demonstrating long-term success and impact.Why Join Us?Play a strategic role in shaping the future workforce of a growing organization.Partner directly with leadership to influence hiring and talent strategies.Join a company known for stability, strong culture, and long-term employee success.Enjoy a collaborative, relationship-driven work environment where your expertise is valued.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in talent acquisition leadership.Work EnvironmentThis position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote each week.
