What You’ll Do Preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner items with precision and consistency Executing dishes across various cooking techniques: roasting, broiling, baking, frying, steaming, and more Following recipes and portion standards with a meticulous eye for quality Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operating kitchen equipment with care and adhering to all safety protocols Ensuring proper storage, rotation, temperature control, and sanitation Supporting the culinary team by supervising prep staff and promoting a culture of excellence Identifying hazards and communicating proactively with leadership Taking initiative in daily operations and staying agile during high-volume service periods What We’re Looking For Thrive in high-energy kitchens and value teamwork and communication Have strong knife skills and confidence using both small and large kitchen equipment Bring knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures Can follow standardized recipes while maintaining speed and accuracy Show initiative, reliability, and leadership under pressure Are willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Have prior experience in a fast-paced or upscale kitchen (preferred) Why Join TETRA?
