Client Overview:

Our client is a leading global organization committed to innovative solutions in the retail and apparel industry, dedicated to maintaining strong compliance and security standards across its operations. They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$67/hr - $80/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead an initiative redesigning Firefighter access management and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and delivering key outcomes impacting IT, security, finance, and audit functions.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Lead and coordinate project activities related to Firefighter access redesign and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, Audit, and Finance teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
• Support testing, training, and rollout activities.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and status reports.

Required Experience/Skills for the Project Manager:

• 3 - 5+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• Understanding of IT, audit, and compliance principles, including SOX controls.
• Familiarity with IT access management and security policies.
• Experience with spreadsheets, project trackers, and reporting tools.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Project Manager:

• Experience with SAP GRC or SAP Firefighter.
• Knowledge of SOX audits and IT control testing.
• Background in privileged access management or user access reviews.
• Certifications such as PMP or CISA (preferred but not mandatory).

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
